Removing air from the hydraulic gearchange system used by Mercedes Benz in their ACTROS/ATEGO models can be difficult to say the least.
Liquid Levers Innovations Ltd now have the answer to the problem with a new adapter system to fit their standard Brake Bleeder models.
Twin hydraulic connectors attach to the gearchange system and link with a brake bleeder, allowing pressurisation of the complete hydraulic assembly to the pressure level required. Bleeding is then very easily accomplished by a single operator to give perfect results every time.
The system is intended for use either with Brake Fluid or with the Mineral Fluid used in later vehicle models, but not both (separate bleeders and connectors should always be retained for each fluid type for safety reasons).
Only the highest quality components are employed to ensure long and trouble-free use in the service environment.
